Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your look, but if a product doesn't spark joy, we offer free returns and exchanges on all gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that individual items from sets or bundles cannot be returned separately.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a copy will also be sent to your email for convenience.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
